I have a wealth of experience leading teams of talented engineers and architects to help customers overcome the challenges of transitioning to or building in the cloud. Before joining Oracle, I led teams at VMware focused on a variety of areas, including commercial solutions engineering, enterprise, healthcare, and Latin America and Canada. I also ran the Academy, a program for new college graduates. Earlier in my career, I worked as a solutions architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and as a senior systems engineer at GreenBytes, which was later acquired by Oracle. I also spent several years at Dell, where I sold servers, storage, and networking solutions in the United States and Ireland.
