My work is often at the intersection of marketing, sustainability & innovation. I had the privilege of leading the first public study of Millennials as Consumers in a research partnership with The Boston Consulting Group (2010). Since then I've worked to apply consumer trends to help brands re-imagine new growth opportunities. Additionally, I've written 5 books, publish regularly at FORBES and participated in multiple research studies to address evolving consumer need states.
