Emmy-winning reporter-turned-entrepreneur. I'd never have believed you if you'd told me a decade or two ago that I'd be running a tech company. Call me the ''accidental entrepreneur.'' I got fed up transcribing my (often too long) interviews for TV and wondered why automated speech-to-text couldn't do the heavy lifting for people like me. And so... Trint (TRanscription + INTerview) was born. I spent more than 30 thrilling, challenging, fascinating, exhausting, stress-free years as a reporter, foreign correspondent and war correspondent with ABC, CBS and CBC News. I couldn't have asked for a more rewarding career. To my amazement I'm loving Career 2.0 just as much. I'm also a global affairs commentator for the BBC and guest lecturer and conference speaker.
