I am an innovative and experienced technical executive with a record of developing and supporting successful startups over a wide range of applications and technologies. I have brought numerous businesses from concept to market in twenty-five years, serving as CEO or CTO in most cases. An early success with an ISP in 1995 (founder and CEO of FastLane Communications, Inc., of Dallas, TX) brought initial investors a 7000% ROI over five years and funded several additional operations, including a successful AAA billing platform that runs thousands of companies around the world today (founder and CEO of BillMax, www.billmax.com and the iSpark Group, www.isparkgroup.com). Throughout my career I have advised a number of Fortune 500 companies in the Oil and Gas and Telecom sectors on infrastructure architecture and security including Mobil, Union Pacific Resources, Deutchse Telekom, T-Mobile, Clearwire, Sprint, and Ericsson. For the past ten years I have focused on VoIP and currently run a successful hosted PBX and call termination services platform for small business (co-founder and CTO of StratusTalk, www.stratustalk.com). I also run a successful cloud based disaster recovery operation (founder and CTO of DataCrib, www.datacrib.com) that safeguards the critical data for small businesses nationwide. I combine a strong technical hands-on background in Network Engineering, Systems Security, Infrastructure Architecture, ''Big Data'' management, and Software Development with an equally strong business acumen that makes me an indispensable part of any technical early stage executive team.
