Jeff and his various teams facilitate office, medical and flex facility and site selection transactions throughout the US that improve employee recruitment, retention and productivity. In a brokerage capacity, Jeff has leased and sold over 3 million square feet of commercial space, represented over 12 million square feet of owned commercial property, and been involved in the sale of more than 1250 acres of commercial land. Jeff has been recognized by the Central Florida chapter of NAIOP as its Top Office Broker and received numerous other production awards during his career, including Top Overall Producer and Top Office Broker for Cushman & Wakefield, Orlando. Jeff recently served as Board Chair of the Central Florida Boys & Girls Club, and is Immediate Past Board Chair for the Advent Health Cardio Vascular Institute.
