Recently I’ve been helping change the financial service industry to be customer centric, adaptive, flexible, and creative. Currently leading a team leveraging emerging technologies to drive business model innovation such as Web3 with blockchain, Connected Finance with IOT, Customer Service agents with ML and digital ID.
