Jena Turner is a serial entrepreneur, but found her love for real estate and sales and hasn’t looked back! After being the top producer at two boutique brokerages in Houston, TX, Jena along with 3 team members began Found Realty in early 2019. Soon after Found Realty began getting local attention for their marketing and production. After growing the brokerage to 35 team members, the team moved to eXp Realty as a Mega Icon Team. Jena leads her team by emphasizing on shadow training, heavy administrative support and a Found Realty platform that she says is leading the way in agent production and efficiency. In 2016, Jena was honored with a Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate Award and has received countless local and national awards for her production and that of her team. The Houston Business Journal recently named her one of the 10 women to watch in the city. Jena is regularly featured as a speaker at real estate and personal growth conferences and ignites the room with her tell it like it is personality and humor. Jena has two young boys under the age of 6 and she uses her social media influence to share her stories about work, community and family and shows how to balance it all with a humorous spin about life on the go.
