I am a lawyer helping communications and technology companies obtain spectrum rights and government authorizations with a particular focus on the space industry. I advise clients on domestic and international regulatory, policy, licensing and transactional matters before the FCC, NOAA, FAA, U.S. Congress and ITU. I help obtain approvals for satellites, earth stations, undersea cables, and international telecommunications. I advise on how to navigate complex, cross-jurisdictional regulations on issues such as spectrum sharing, space safety, national security, and foreign investment.
