👩‍💼Who I Am: I am a multi-passionate entrepreneur and professional relationship cultivator with experience in the realms of health and wellness, entrepreneurship, and estate management. Growing up, I was a size 4 dancer who never needed to diet, but by college that changed. Through a weight-loss journey that included many unsuccessful approaches, I finally discovered some scientifically proven nutrition and fitness solutions that are effective for all. In 2007, I created and developed my own health and wellness enterprise, Better My Life Now LLC. I’m a certified TLS coach and NutraMetrix consultant who helps others to become happy and healthy. By 2019, wellness was a full-time profession that included my podcast, Salad With a Side of Fries, that has answered your nutrition questions in over 50 episodes. We clean up the myths, bad science, and marketing to give you bite-sized, digestible, scientific information you can actually use in real life! My passion has become giving my audience the nutrition education we are all supposed to know but no one ever taught us. Part of my mission is to amplify the message and help more people, so if you’re a health professional, doctor’s office, beauty professional, or spa looking for revenue-generating ways to engage more of your clients in health and wellness, I can help! ⇒Estate Management I’ve managed thousands of projects for my clients, working with every type of vendor from architects to contractors to movers. My projects have ranged from general daily property management of a home to overseeing the search, purchase, and complete renovation of a property in Southampton within a 10-week time frame.
