My career spans over 20 years in Information Technology & Human Resources. I am currently the Director of Employee Experience for Astreya. Over the course of 15+ years, I have held a number of leadership roles at Astreya. I began my Astreya journey as the first Team Lead for the Tech Stop outsourcing project at Google in June of 2007. I then moved into the corporate office and became the lead desktop support recruiter. Later, I managed the first global talent acquisition team, which then allowed me to build the first global HR team. I ran HR Operations (including corporate IT and Learning & Development) for about 8 years. My last role before becoming the first Director of Employee Experience was building Workday. I was the principal system admin for almost 2 years. I have a PHR certification from HRCI, a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and a Master's in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. I also moonlight as young adult horror novelist and podcaster, JC Bratton. Check out bluemilk.co for more info.
