More than 35 years of experience developing, implementing and operating internal Talent Acquisition and recruiting functions inside of companies and organizations. I am not a staffing agency or search firm guy. I am a management consultant who works with corporations and organizations on designing and implementing organizational strategies on how to attract, deploy, and retain talent. My team and I work with small and large companies globally on a project basis to help them improve, enhance, and optimize their own recruiting and Talent Acquisition function. I do not ''do''​ searches... I help organizations be better at doing the work of recruiting and staffing on their own. Most importantly, unlike many other consultants that help companies with recruiting and Talent Acquisition...I have actually been on the inside of corporations for many years...I am not an academic or third party recruiter. I am a very seasoned recruiting and Talent Acquisition pro, who has ''stubbed his toe''​ many times and has learned from those times. I am the author of the book ''RecruitCONSULT!
