Since 2017 I am Enterprise Architect for Infrastructure at @AirLiquide GIO (Global Infrastructure & Operations), the group's IT shared services department. I work with each of GIO's service lines to define and align their technological roadmaps, and with the group's application teams and Digital teams to help them match their requirements for new technologies with GIO's current and future services. When major technology projects are initiated, I am also tasked with determining how best to introduce the related technologies into GIO's portfolio. For the last two years I have particularly focused on advancing the public cloud migration and DevOps/automation topics, and helping bring the group's modern BI and data platform initiatives to fruition. In June 2019 I was designated an International Senior Expert within Air Liquide's Technical Community Leaders program. From 2013 to 2016 I was the manager of the network solutions engineering team for GIO. My team and I delivered several new or updated technologies to users at Air Liquide, including an innovative Hybrid WAN solution, and supported other major infrastructure initiatives such as Air Liquide's global Google Apps rollout, its transition to public & private cloud infrastructure in its datacenters, or the gradual extension of GIO's footprint to other geographies, particularly North America. I managed a team of 5 to 10 people spread between Paris and Houston. Prior to Air Liquide I spent over 8 years as an infrastructure consultant particularly for major french banks (Credit Agricole CIB, Société Générale BDDF), utilities (GDF Suez Energy Services), and industry (L'Oréal, Safran). My responsibilities ranged from network architect to project manager and team leader.
