I’m a Marine Corps Veteran turned Broker raised in the Tampa Bay Area, Investor and Property Manager. Co-Founder in a real estate investment fund (506B, Reg. D), real estate brokerage and a property management company. We excel at multifamily acquisitions, due diligence, implementing smart cap ex and stabilization. How did I end up here? After struggling to decide where I wanted to take myself after high school I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps right after graduating. I was shipped off in 2009 to boot camp where I learned a lot of the disciplines I carry today and had instilled in me throughout the 6 years of service finishing as a Sergeant with a top secret clearance and acting as a security guard for US Embassies abroad. My travels took me to many countries and I realized I had the potential for more and thought about entrepreneurship a lot, to include how I could work for myself through real estate. My now wife whom I met while living in Haiti (she’s from the Dominican Republic), has always encouraged me to chase my passions and continued my interest as I made my last tour in Africa. As I studied, read books, listened to podcasts and educated myself throughout my time I prepared for my exit in 2015. My first taste of real estate had occurred in 2013 as I was a private lender for a deal in the states and made a 10% return in 2 months. From there it opened up the possibilities and is what lead to me doing general real estate sales, wholesaling, fix and flipping, becoming a Broker and property manager. Over the last few years I’ve shifted my focus on scaling our businesses and working more with multifamily properties as a property manager. We are creating a unique ecosystem and looking forward to franchising with all that I’ve learned.
