The thing I have enjoyed most throughout my career is building long-lasting solid relationships with my customers, colleagues, and vendors. I love it when it all comes together and everyone is working towards the same grand goal. I have been fortunate to work on many projects that did just that. That magic is infectious. It inspired me to build a product that serves another grand goal to help real estate investors with managing their portfolios through powerful analytics. As an investor, I struggled to quickly see my cash flow and overall property performance. The data was available to aggregate and analyze but took significant time and regular work to keep it up to date. I wasn’t alone. Investors all over the US experience the same issues. That is why we created STRATAFOLIO. At STRATAFOLIO we help investors optimize their portfolio performance through our product and our consulting services. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and cats, cycling, finding and cooking great recipes, kayaking, scuba-diving, and preparing to walk the Appalachian Trail (although right now that mostly entails pinning stuff in Pinterest).
