I believe passionately that a diverse employee base is essential to build an inclusive culture, successful and innovative teams and show return on investment. I work with my stakeholders and business heads to develop and cultivate a sustainable inclusion programme that helps ensure a diverse and motivated work force which in turn allows them to best respond to their clients needs and meet their business objective. I do this by building strong relationships internally and with vendors who can help deliver various programmes. I am used to working in an ever changing environment and enjoy meeting the challenge of creating a long term strategy that incorporate stakeholder and vendor relationships, effective budget control and operational delivery and communications.
