I am a healthcare professional with over 15 years of client service and personnel leadership experience in the digital pharma space. I consider myself to be a proactive critical thinker with expertise in strategic project planning, quality assurance best practices, and the delivery of interactive products (including mobile applications, websites, and analytics dashboards) on time and within budget and scope. My strengths include negotiation, risk management, personnel management, and stress tolerance in deadline-driven environments. Prior to working in the digital landscape, my experience was heavily rooted in editorial, both in the audiobook and textbook publishing industries. I am pleased to have been a part of enriching higher education by contributing the tools for students to be successful in their studies.
