Jessie Qiu is a global C-level finance leader with 20 years of experience. Currently leading a large portfolio of over 300 finance professionals in Grab, she spearheads Finance to support the business expansion at the rate of 2X-3X per annum. A result and data-driven finance leader, she builds her experience across a wide range of industries such as fin-tech, digital payment, lending, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and services. Prior to Grab, she worked for various fortune 500 companies such as Oracle, Teradata and Reckitt Benckiser. She is proven to be strategic-minded, forward-thinking, and a trusted business partner. Her vision is to unlock business growth with data analytics, promote finance efficiency with automation and drive company-wide cost-efficiency transformation. She has lead finance transformation projects like building Financial data warehouse, SSC set up, ERP implementation, procurement transformation etc. She is also specialized in hand-picking high-performance finance leaders, onboarding, nurturing and motivating them to grow in her finance organization. She holds a master’s degree from Sydney University and an Australian CPA membership since 2001. Most recently, she completed her Harvard Business School Executive Program. She has also shared her transformation leadership experience as a penal speaker in a recently held Softbank CFO conference in California.
