I am a lifelong learner committed to developing opportunities for people in pursuit of their journey as lifelong learners. Through my experiences in training facilitation, curriculum design and development, and coaching, I’ve had the opportunity to see how developing growth mindsets empower and encourage people to become the best versions of themselves. Through my professional ventures ranging in higher education to corporate learning and development, I’ve gotten to lead on change management, work on leadership development, dive into learning pedagogies and andragogy, manage projects and events from inception to final delivery, steward stakeholders and their expectations, oversee internal/external communications related to my projects/programs, and implement and manage learning platforms (+other systems for people engagement and metrics) to engage learners across generations, industries, and regions.
