My passion is program development, implementation (facilitation and training), and community mobilization - understanding the needs of people that I serve and creating innovative strategies based on best practices excites me. I am particularly interested in supporting community development initiatives utilizing a social justice framework that focus on food security, racial equity, sexual health, gender equality, and women's empowerment. I am an energetic leader dedicated to instilling success in my clients, teams, and communities in order to assist them in achieving their full potential. I have extensive experience managing programming that provides educational services to young people incorporating sexual health education, leadership skills, gender equality, and community development through youth engagement.
