My personal core values: Growth thru Sharing - I am a continuous learner and teacher thru human interactions and experiences. Sharing our journeys makes us all better. Generosity with no expectations - always willing to help others with no expectation of anything in return. I consider every request. Volume dictates how quickly I get back to each of course. Compassion - I believe deeply that no one deserves to suffer regardless of how they show up. Anger, resentment, pain, shame, jealousy are negative energies that have no place in my heart. If they creep in - they are quickly evicted. With Empathy, Speak Truth - it is kind to tell someone they are not showing up there best. I will always be honest, timing is important tho.
