Jim Cusson is the Founder and President of Theory House, a creative agency with an expertise in retail innovation and marketing and FWD: Where Sustainability Meets Shopper. He has been an integral part in supporting retail success for brands like Google, Pepsi, McCormick, Starbucks, Delta Faucet, Food Lion, The Fresh Market, and others. Among his early successes was convincing his client, Delhaize, to approve the world’s first scented billboard for its beef brand. More recently, his agency developed the retail communications for Google’s launch of Android One globally and Theory House has helped Delta Faucet bring a digital endless aisle to The Home Depot. He is recognized by Shopper Marketing Magazine on its list of “Who’s Who in Shopper Marketing Agencies.” He has presented at Groceryshop, Shopper Marketing Conference & Expo, Retail Insights Southeast, Private Brand Summit and has been named to the Faculty at The Path to Purchase Institute.
