I am a Sr. Analyst and Consultant at Recon Research (RR) – a research, advisory, and consulting firm focused on UC, conferencing, collaboration, ideation, and AV technology. I have been involved in this space for over 20 years in various roles as a market analyst, vendor, managed service provider, and global end-user manager.
