I'm proud to work as Senior Advisor at IBM, a defining hybrid cloud and AI organization that has changed and improved the world since 1911. I joined IBM as President through the acquisition of Red Hat, the world's leading provider of open source software solutions. For the past 25+ years, Red Hat’s open source software development model has produced high-performing, cost-effective solutions for the enterprise. Before Red Hat, I spent six years at Delta Air Lines driving international expansion and as chief operating officer, overseeing all aspects of airline operations from sales to strategy. At The Boston Consulting Group, I held several corporate development leadership roles, working in the Chicago, Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, and as a partner in the Atlanta office with clients across a wide range of industries. I have a bachelor's degree in economics and computer science from Rice University, and a General Course degree from the London School of Economics. I received my MBA from Harvard in 1994.
