Mr. Jitendra Kumar Agarwal is the Jt. Managing Director of Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd. He Leads from front, formulates business expansion strategies, and takes key strategic decisions. His career journey has taken him through multiple management positions, and insightful business experiences. Mr. Agarwal is a firm believer of giving back to society, He is a strong advocate of the thought process which keeps Nation First, Industry second and Organization last. He firmly believes that the policies which will be good for country will also benefit the Industry and ultimately will benefit the organization as well. It his his this urge of giving back to society and Industry that has made him very active in various common forums. He is actively involved in various activities of IEEMA and has led Meter Industry as Chairman IEEMA Meter Division, he is also an active member of international organizations like YPO, TIE, Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and India Future Makers (Part of Ink talks). He is the Chairman of ELECRAMA 2023 which is the world’s largest T&D Show. As Chairman ELECRAMA 2023, his mission is to showcase the strength of Indian Electrical Sector to the world and also to get International players attracted to invest in India. Mr. Agarwal is very keen on increasing the Smart Meter base in India and has been part of various Policy level discussions with Hon'ble Minister of Power and other senior Government officials for successful rollout of Smart Meters in India. He has always taken up interest of Industry as a whole and represented to government for comprehensive policy making.
