Bio

Jo is founder and Creative Director of industrial design and innovation consultancy Morrama. Since foundation in 2015, Morrama has been shortlisted for emerging design team of the year by Dezeen, won 3 D&AD pencils and taken Gold at the Pentawards. Jo and her team have designed products for startups that have gone on to raise millions and sell hundreds of thousands of units in the tech, lifestyle and cosmetics markets around the world. Morrama have also worked with forward-thinking brands to redefine their offering for a changing world, with a particular emphasis on sustainability. Instigator of Design Declares and writer of the Sustainable Design Handbook, Jo is a passionate about the power of sustainable design. Jo is also an Associate Lecturer on the Design Futures platform at the Royal College of Art.
