I have a genuine love of people, connections and making a difference that has taken me down a rather unconventional career path. All my career choices have been driven by a motivation to enhance the community around me and it's been a pretty fun ride I have to say. I am a poster child for the 'non linear' career path, moving from nursing to e-commerce and now taking on the tech sector. My latest endeavour is in the recruitment space thanks to a massive bug bear regarding traditional hiring processes. Culture fit matters, feedback loops should exist and recruitment accessibility should be available to all people, businesses and roles. So, here enters my latest career move, co-founding Stevie; simplifying the hiring process. I love the opportunity to meet new people and I try not to be shy to try new things.
