Leadership development expert passionate about helping ambitious women own the room. A trained executive coach and fashion stylist, I focus on teaching my clients and their teams how to lead with character, confidence, and style. For over 10 years I have helped to change the leadership experience in both large worldwide corporations and small startups, leading remote teams as large as 75. Now I work 1-on-1 with ambitious women to help elevate their leadership capabilities and take them to the next level. Together, we focus on how they look, speak, and act. Specialities include training design & facilitation, image consulting, fashion styling, process establishment, small team workshops, organizational change and communication, project management, HR effectiveness, team building, coaching, and leading virtual teams. Certifications in administering the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Hogan Assessment Systems including the HPI, HDS, and MVPI, the iCoach executive coaching practice, Denison 360-degree feedback tool, and Stanford University's d.school design thinking experience.
