I am a humanitarian that uses technology to create networking experiences that allow businesses to reach their goals. I am passionate about emotional intelligence, education and training, customer experience and driving teams towards execution of collective accomplishments. I enjoy being a product evangelist, helping sales, marketing and customers understand why a product solves a problem or makes their life easier. My personality type is that of a ''connector'', the ability to span many different worlds with a combination of curiosity, self-confidence, sociability and energy. Historically, I have over twenty years of product management experience in telecommunications, specifically service operations design, new product/feature launch, product to product migration and life cycle management. Prior Comcast Business roles include Chief Evangelist to the Comcast Business partner community with the core mission of positioning CB as not only the world’s leading last mile provider, also THE global leader in secure networking solutions as well as Senior Director of Product Management, developing the Managed Services Experience on the Comcast Business ActiveCore℠ platform. We launched the platform with an SD-WAN offering on September 13, 2017. Prior telecom includes consulting work with MobileIron on their service provider marketing strategies as well as AT&T wireline and mobility products. Many years supporting AT&T VPN Tunneling Service (AVTS), AT&T Network Based IP VPN Remote Access (ANIRA) in addition to enterprise mobility management products such as AT&T Toggle.
