Through my current and previous roles, I have been able to build a robust set of skills on several Microsoft’s key cloud platforms – in particular, the Power Platform, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Dynamics CRM, Azure and Power BI. I am fortunate to hold several Microsoft Certifications, primarily targeting Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, as well as being a certified SCRUM Master and PRINCE2 Project Manager practitioner. As such, I am well equipped to provide the practical skills and know-how in implementing end-to-end solutions leveraging the Microsoft cloud. In August 2020, I was recognised by Microsoft for my contributions within the Business Applications community by becoming a Most Valuable Professional (MVP), and welcome any opportunity to engage with the broader community, so that they can drive the most value of out their Microsoft technology investments. Outside of this, I also have experience in implementing, managing and advising on the following technologies/solutions: Windows Server Exchange Server SQL Server SharePoint Online Active Directory In addition, I have good knowledge writing Transact-SQL Queries and in VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, ASP.NET and Powershell scripting/coding.
