A proven Product Management leader with more than 25 years of experience innovating to drive accelerated growth of B2B SaaS and services companies. Joe’s unique career journey has provided him with a diverse and valuable set of unmatched experiences. He has demonstrated success across the spectrum of business environments from start-ups with successful exits to innovating at a publicly traded Fortune-five enterprise in the healthcare technology space, to joining an organization to transition from a founder-led to private equity backed, high growth, Enterprise SaaS company. Throughout his career, Joe has been focused on innovation through the discipline of product Management. From building a high performing Product Management Team and process from scratch, to reshaping and optimizing an existing Team and the associated processes to better align with the business strategy. A coined phrase, ''Great Teams Make Great Products'' is one that exemplifies Joe's approach to Product Management excellence. Joe is passionate about finding innovative solutions to difficult problems and the friction between what is and what could be. Joe is an executive product management leader with unmatched experience who is seeking a challenging position in a growing technology driven industry. Joe excels in a high impact, customer focused role that demands financial accountability, is strategic in nature and allows him to leverage his experience and talents within a team oriented environment to positively impact all areas of the business. Most recently, Joe was the Chief Product Officer at WorkForce Software, the first global provider of workforce management solutions with integrated employee experience capabilities. In his role, Joe fostered a culture of innovation at WorkForce while developing their Product Management Team and practices to support a fast-growing and global enterprise SaaS business. Prior to joining the WorkForce team in 2016, Joe served in various product & technology roles, including 10 years at McKesson Corporation, where he worked his way up to Director of Product Management & Innovation. Before McKesson, he served as a Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Oakland County. Other prior roles include Partner at Firebird Tavern, 8 years as Partner at Pulse Detroit, and various other product management positions. Joe earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Oakland University. He is a proud husband and father of three daughters, Addison, Lily, and Grace.
