My passion is problem solving for the future: creating the best solutions and processes to enable business and their people to continually improve. I am a Certified SolidWorks Expert (CSWE) and also have experience with Autodesk products. I have designed a wide range of mechanical assemblies, floating equipment platforms and structural steel skids including pump and piping systems. More recently I have worked as a SOLIDWORKS Customer Service Expert providing technical support to customers, as well as creating technical content to help SOLIDWORKS customers to be as efficient and effective as possible. I have over 20 years experience working in practical applications of Information Technology. I love using technology as a tool to improve business processes and enhance efficiency. I have worked with everyone from end-users to executives to implement proactive measures to reduce the occurrences of repetitive mistakes and systemic failures. I have managed migrations and deployments from initial research through to final completion from Windows 3.x to Windows Server 2016 for both server and client-side hardware and software. I have also planned and executed Microsoft Active Directory migrations, Microsoft Remote Desktop (Terminal Services) and Citrix MetaFrame installations. My approach to technology is that it should enhance productivity and provide each team member with as much assistance as possible in completing their assigned duties accurately and quickly. I have worked in a wide range of industries and job descriptions, traveled extensively through the U.S., Australia and Europe and have worked with people from a variety of age, ethnic and religious backgrounds. I believe that it is imperative that, as leaders, we empower and encourage our team members to be the best person they can be, and in doing so we will create the best team possible.
