COO of The Knowledge Group. I'm privileged to help co found The Knowledge Group (TKG), a fresh thinking and disruptive sourcing firm that uses technology to solve complex customer experience needs. We harness machine learning and technology to match our client requirements to our expert partner network and a rapidly growing international marketplace. An MBA qualified purpose led, strategic thinking business leader with a flair for creative solution design to business problems. Previous roles have seen me lead large global teams to deliver business transformation through BPO relationships. I was headhunted to join Vodafone's global procurement function based in Luxembourg where I managed teams responsible for leading a range of supply chain activities and global sourcing initiatives, specifically transforming the way we drive better value for Vodafone & its customers. With global responsibility and spend influenced of over €1.5 billion this significant position obviously required mature skills in a range of areas; global team leadership, stakeholder engagement, change management and commercial innovation. Grew the spend under management through internal consulting, proposition development and selling our teams capability from €97m to over a €1bn in 6 years. Prior to joining Vodafone I worked for Cable & Wireless Worldwide in a range of exciting roles; Head of Sourcing Strategy & Implementation, Head of Finance & Reporting for its delivery function and Programme Director for IT solution delivery. Previously I designed built and ran Orange UK's offshore operations living in India to oversee the growth from 0 to 2000 staff and have extensive experience in the operation of customer centric environments.
