Being a forward thinking transformational leader I am responsible for working with my clients to lead them on successfully transforming their Enterprises utilizing technology but with a focus on the Salesforce platform. I am an accomplished consulting professional with extensive sales, leadership, and delivery experience. I have more than 20 years of consulting experience delivering client focused results within large enterprises and corporations in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe across multiple industries including electric and water utilities, Insurance, Technology, CPG, and Hospitality. I'm a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ScrumMaster (CSM), and SAFe 5 Agilist (SA) with broad experience managing and delivering successful large and complex, multi-year transformation and systems implementation programs. A proven innovator in leveraging technology and process improvements to deliver cost savings and increased revenues. I have substantial experience in building and mentoring large cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and increase productivity. I am also responsible for generating leads, increasing signings, revenue, and GP in the delivery of Salesforce solutions to clients in the Utilities industry.
