• Joey Wat is the Chief Executive Officer of Yum China Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: YUMC，HKEX: 9987). • Joey joined Yum! Restaurants China (then a division of Yum! Brands, Inc.) in September 2014 as President of KFC China and since then, has served as Chief Executive Officer of KFC China, Chief Operating Officer of Yum China and since March 2018 as Chief Executive Officer of Yum China. Joey has been a member of Yum China’s board of directors since July 2017. • Joey’s career spans senior leadership and strategy positions in the restaurant and retail sectors, both in China and the UK, with a proven track record of successfully turning around the fortunes of several brands. Throughout her career, Joey has promoted the role of innovation as a driver of business performance and today Joey is driving forward her vision for Yum China to become the world’s most innovative pioneer in the restaurant industry. • Joey graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a degree in social sciences and has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
