I'm Dr.-Ing. Dr.med.univ. Johannes Starlinger, an experienced digital health and information technology consultant, developer, researcher and interdisciplinary project manager. I have a dual background in medicine and computer science and a TÜV certification as specialist for software as a medical device. I'm driven by a strong passion for creating data-centered software solutions that solve real human challenges - and even more for enabling others to do so as well. Currently, I mostly engage in three types of activities: 1. Digital health consulting with a focus on interweaving medical requirements, health and healthcare data, corresponding software and machine learning architectures, and regulatory requirements for software as a medical device. I do this at Howto Health Digital Business Solutions (business.howto.health) 2. Data-centric software and information systems development, including (big) data engineering, automation, and machine learning/AI. I do this at Howto Health Digital Business Solutions (business.howto.health) 3. Teaching and public speaking in the topic area of data-driven digital health. I do this at Charité and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and at various (live and virtual) tech and health tech conferences and events.
