Prior to this I completed an assignment for Sparebank1 Kredittkort in Norway as a Senior Management Consultant; we successfully saw through the migration of two high value card portfolios, the KPIs of which exceeded the expectations of stakeholders. In previous roles within OpenWay delivering Way4 suite of products, I started as General Manager Delivery, then Director Strategic projects & processes and finally as MD and Head of Delivery. Worked with TSYS Card Tech, for over 16 years. I held many positions, the last few being Head of Delivery for TSYS Card Tech processing services, Head of Customer Technical Services for the Middle East, Africa, Scandinavia & Caribbeans, Head of Major Projects & Manager Software Development. Ability to critically analyze each activity in Project life cycle & create processes to improve efficiency, profitability, reinforce standards, assure quality & contribute to product development. Successfully led multi-culture, multi-ethnic teams based in Cyprus, Belgium, Dubai, India, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Successfully delivered projects clients in over 50 countries, including Norway, Sweden, UK, Switzerland, India, Austria, Cyprus, UAE, Kenya, South Africa, Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia.
