A Chartered Manager, he has over fourteen years experience of implementing award-winning digital and retail solutions in both the rail and bus sectors. John’s railway career started in station management on a busy commuter rail network in the South East. This gave him a deep understanding of customer pain points and a strong desire to always strive for innovation and improvement in customer experience. He also has experience in bidding for rail franchises and leading on business development opportunities.
