I am a shareholder in the Employee Benefits group at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, a leading law firm with one of the nation’s largest number of Employee Benefits attorneys. In my Employee Benefits practice, I practice primarily in the health and welfare plan area. I represent a range of entities, including insurance brokers, TPAs, benefit consultants, employers and wellness vendors in all aspects of employee benefits law. I publish and speak for a large number of respected benefit organizations, including EBIA (a division of Thomson Reuters) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. I also work with plan sponsors on defined contribution plans, such as 401(k) plans. In addition, I have assisted hundreds of companies with various privacy- and security-related issues, including HIPAA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley. A note about LinkedIn ''Endorsements''.
