I work with a variety of AI/ML businesses seeking to exploit these new technologies - from global multi-nationals to SMEs and startups. I am an information technology specialist with over 25 years experience of large scale domestic and international transactions. I manage the UK commercial team at Osborne Clarke. I am also the author of ''Artificial Intelligence: The Practical Legal Issues'' a book designed for lawyers in the AI/ML space. I am an advisory board member of the UK APPG (All Party Parliamentary Group) on AI - a joint committee of the House of Commons and House of Lords. I chair the International Technology Law Association's Responsible AI committee, and co-chair the Digital Transformation committee of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). I am a regular speaker and writer on the topics of AI and ML. I have had a diverse career in industry and private practice, working at Denton Hall Burgin & Warrens (now SNR Denton), acting as General Counsel for Elonex Plc, Senior Outsourcing Counsel at Capgemini, KLegal Solicitors (KPMG's tied law firm); and finally a partner at Stephenson Harwood from 2005-2013.
