I consult with, lead and advise talent acquisition teams in partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to build strategies that find top talent in entertainment, media and technology companies. I enjoy helping organizations develop their recruiters and others interested in using social media, internet research, networking and consulting skills to source and screen talent for short and long term business strategies. Being part of large media and themed entertainment companies, my commitment to innovate has been well-received so I've been able to enjoy many successes and build some awesome business relationships with creative leaders. In my ''spare'' time I co-run an indie film/video/web production company called Velvet Candy Entertainment. We've made feature films (''Socket'' and ''The Mikado Project''), shorts (''Reunion'', ''Rubdown'' and ''Screening Party'') and an ongoing award-winning web series, now in it's 3rd season (''Pretty'') as a few examples.
