Hands-on transactional experience on both the equity side of project finance and the construction side of C&I grid-connected solar electric generation facilities. Deep resume of closing public and private Power Purchase Agreements and turnkey EPC construction contracts. Currently providing independent third party renewable energy project valuation services for developers, tax equity investors and project lenders. Previous experience structuring and negotiating equity positions in pass-through entities as well as lender positions in mezz debt and senior debt to start-up ventures. Prior to Strata, seven years at the solar design/build contractor, Vanguard Energy, as Senior VP of Structured Finance and Business Development for Vanguard Energy Partners, the EPC side of Vanguard and as Managing Director of Vanguard Energy Capital, the capital procurement and asset management side of Vanguard.
