As an experienced professional with 2 decades of leadership in scaling companies, I have learned the importance of taking bold steps and trying new approaches. I am passionate about helping companies scale, addressing their challenges with staffing up, expanding their client base, building repeatable processes, and delighting customers. My work has spanned various departments ranging from Sales, Support, Partnerships/Alliances, Product Management, and Product Development. And I have worked around the world and with global companies managing diverse and dispersed teams. Fully immersing myself in the organizations I work with, I quickly end up leading key initiatives collaborating across the firm with other executives and typically the board.
