I've been helping to make products to solve problems before I knew agile was a thing. With almost 18 years experience across different disciplines and sectors, I like to look ensure we're not insular within the Product discipline and work together across business functions in order to drive compelling experiences for users. Creating products that people love and help them in their daily lives is the driving factor of why I like going to work every day and there's nothing like the buzz of seeing a reaction to a new feature. One of the things I care about is Product Management as a discipline and working with teams in order to get to the root cause of problems. It's not enough to diagnose the symptom. I've lead Product teams who have seen 10x growth, trebled our total transactional value and increased retention by a factor of 8.
