I believe the best leaders have a vision and lead from the front, inspiring others to follow. This is what I try to do every day as Accenture’s Chief Sales Officer, where I am responsible for creating value and driving sales growth with many of the world’s largest and most innovative companies. In Fiscal Year 2020, we delivered a record $49.6 billion in new bookings—a double-digit year-over-year increase. Accenture has always been a momentum business, powered by the people who work here to deliver the best results for our clients on a worldwide scale. I am proud to have played a role in helping to build that momentum. Prior to my current role, I served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Accenture’s $10B Global Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) business which also afforded me the unique opportunity to work closely with the special group companies who are both important ecosystem partners and key clients of Accenture. As a member of Accenture’s Executive and Global Management Committee, I work closely with our CEO and other senior leadership to set our strategy by starting with our clients’ needs. Outside of Accenture I serve on the IFS Board and have served as director on several boards, including for Vlocity, a cloud unicorn acquired by Salesforce for $1.3 billion in February 2020, and Adchemy, acquired by Walmart.com in 2014. I live in Silicon Valley and am married with four daughters who simultaneously entertain me, challenge me and annoy me, in a good way. I also enjoy surfing, skiing and endurance sports.
