I am responsible for leading a high-achieving team of sales engineers at Nutanix, covering Enterprise customers across the entire Pacific coast. I believe that a strong team is the foundation of any successful organization, and I work hard to create a positive, collaborative, and process-driven culture. I strongly believe that outstanding process is the key to creating sustainable, outstanding results. I am passionate about coaching and developing my team members, and I am always looking for ways to support their growth both professionally and personally. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and am always willing to roll up my sleeves and help out wherever needed. My team's focus is on technical excellence and solution validation for our customers. I believe that delivering outstanding technical solutions to our customers leads to amazing long-term business partnerships. To that end, I support my team in working closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure that our solutions are technically sound and meet our high standards of quality. We are also responsible for validating our solutions with customers, ensuring that they meet their needs and that they are happy with our products.
