Bio

Jon is an energy transaction professional, with a broad range of national and international experience. He has advised on transactions in approximately 40 countries, and leads EY's EMEIA Oil and Gas Strategy and Transactions team. As well as his sector responsibilities, Jon spent five years as the lead partner for EY’s European Corporate Development Leadership Network, helping senior strategy and M&A practitioners from multiple sectors develop strategic insights and solutions for their capital agenda. Specialties: Advising energy clients on corporate finance strategy, M&A, divestitures and capital raising on a global basis.
