Jon works at Deloitte Consulting where he focuses on operating model development for emerging capabilities in the energy and renewables sector. He has most recently focused on the strategic development of an Intelligent Asset Inspections Program for critical energy transmission and distribution infrastructure in California. This program enables predictive grid resilience capabilities via 3D digital network models (digital twins) and AI/ML enabled asset anomaly & risk detection. The capability works to improve public safety, provide grid resilience, prevent carbon emissions and optimize operational efficiency & performance. Jon’s management consulting experiences span across end-to-end business model strategy, operations transformation and custom ERP digital application architecture selection/design/integrations/implementations for a diverse array of industries including: Energy, Technology, and Financial Services.
