Jon Loomer Digital: I started Jon Loomer Digital in the fall of 2011 with the goal of helping other businesses maximize ''social media that makes a difference.'' In a little over 17 months, I've built a profitable, self-branded business around a website that has generated 4 Million page views. In January of 2013, JonLoomer.com was recognized as one of Social Media Examiner's Top 10 Social Media Blogs of 2013. It is simply the most complete online resource of advanced Facebook marketing tips and tutorials, updated on nearly a daily basis. Offline, my area of expertise is Facebook Business Coaching. American Cancer Society: As VP of Strategic Marketing for the American Cancer Society Great West Division, oversaw all digital marketing planning, experimentation, piloting and execution in the division. This included social media strategies, email marketing, Facebook applications and mobile application development and strategies. Led the development of the first ever ACS iPhone App, More Birthdays. National Basketball Association: As Senior Manager of Fantasy Games for the NBA for the 2005-06 through 2007-08 seasons, I had the unique position of being the first person to run strategy, product, content, promotions and marketing for the NBA's fantasy games. While with the NBA, I oversaw the entire life cycle of the fantasy games product. For games, I either had games developed internally or partnered with a vendor. I was behind all promotions and marketing, including the NBA Cares Celebrity Fantasy League and seasonal NBA.com Fantasy Basketball Draft Guide. Fantasy was integral in getting the NBA involved in online community, leading the way on the website and with a bracket application on Facebook in 2007. The NBA also provided my first exposure to using Facebook for business purposes when we partnered with Facebook to build an app in 2007. I was also one of the league's first admins of the first NBA Facebook Group (before there were pages).
