I work with CEOs and Boards for multinational, national, and early-stage or startup organizations in health/healthcare when they need an outside perspective to help assess whether a major decision is the best possible one to make going forward. This ranges from professional advice over a few hours to multi-year retained support. Specialties: My career has included senior roles on Boards (both for-profit and nonprofit) and in strategy, marketing, business development, operations, logistics, finance, investment, Human resources, and engineering/technology (and having been a Board chair 3 times and CEO 6 times in my career).
