I am a relationship- and goal-oriented analytical generalist with an eye for details, who take on Business and Technology with a holistic view on implications and people. Often the glue that ties together working with specialists, if not being a domain expert myself. I prefer strategic and tactical roles in the intersection of Business and IT. Enjoy to deep dive within the subject at hand. 25+ years in the Information Technology industry which includes roles like Senior Technical Advisor, Product Owner, Project Manager, Service Development Manager, Contract Manager, Cloud Services Manager and Software Engineering Manager. Ability to handle multiple roles in parallel. Participative leadership forms the basis and Coaching when applicable. Brings a positive and strategic mind. The experience includes roles as buyer and supplier as well as successful negotiation. Over the years I have also contributed to Requirements Analysis, Systems Architecture as well as designing Public Procurements, evaluating submissions and financial savings. Experience from adapting Artificial Intelligence. Good understanding of technology provides insights regarding possibilities and limitations when adapting for Business. The international arena has been rewarding with projects in Delft, Seattle and Vienna as well as Market Research across Europe and Asia. I have been involved in the business domain Road User Charging since 2009 which include participation in the Stockholm Group, EETS EasyGo and CEN/TC 278-ISO/TC204 Standardization as a representative of Swedish Institute for Standards. In addition, I have supported the Government Offices of Sweden to analyze Distance Based Road User Charging of heavy goods vehicles. Vast experience of the identification process and back office in general, including technologies like ANPR. Located in Örebro (Sweden) with my family, situated in proximity to the capital Stockholm. The growth of our children in various areas of life is a priority. I enjoy to take on a new recipe in the kitchen, hang out at a football game with my daughter and crunch some value-driven M*A*S*H episodes.
